1. Booking & confirmation
All bookings with Jam Jam Travels are confirmed only after verbal or written confirmation from our team. Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation call or message from our team along with agreed pricing and trip details.
2. Payment
Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking confirmation. We accept advance payment as well as payment on the day of travel depending on the nature of the booking. Full payment details will be communicated during the booking confirmation process.
3. Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be communicated to us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Cancellation charges may apply depending on how close to the travel date the cancellation is made. Our team will communicate the applicable charges at the time of booking or upon cancellation request.
4. Vehicle & driver
Jam Jam Travels will provide a well-maintained vehicle of the agreed type and an experienced, licensed driver. In the unlikely event of a vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle at the earliest possible time. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including road conditions, weather, or traffic.
5. Passenger responsibilities
Passengers are expected to behave responsibly during the journey. Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be the financial responsibility of the booking party. The driver has the right to refuse travel to passengers who are behaving in a manner that compromises the safety of others.
6. Luggage
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage. Jam Jam Travels is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the journey. Passengers are advised not to leave valuables unattended in the vehicle.
7. Route & timing
The agreed route and timing will be followed as closely as possible. Any changes to the route or schedule requested by the booking party during the journey may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated and agreed before the change is made.
8. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ranchi, Jharkhand.
